You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, we want to know. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Hunglongest Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state's licensing board may be able to help too.
